PARKING INFORMATION

There is very limited parking in the Town Centre. We strongly suggest you park your car by the Queenstown Gardens on Park Street, it is only a 5 minutes walk to Queenstown Bay. For more information about parking,  visit the QLDC website.

BYO DRINK BOTTLE / KEEP CUPS

As part of our goal to have a greener footprint, drinking cups will not be available, so please remember to bring your own water bottles.  A drinking fountain is located close to the start / finish area, at the children’s playground

The Bathhouse Restaurant will be open for hot drinks.

PRIZEGIVING

There will be one prizegiving at 9:45am at Queenstown Bay. All swimmers are welcome to stay around and be in to win some awesome spot prizes.

SPOT PRIZES

We have some fantastic spot prizes which will be drawn at random.  Listen for your name and go to the registration tent to collect your prize.  Blue Seventy have kindly offered two wetsuits as spot prizes.  These will be drawn after the prize giving.  To win you must be present, otherwise the hand will go in the hat to draw a new name.

CHECK, CLEAN, DRY

Freshwater pests can be spread by your activities in and around waterways. You must clean your wetsuit using the ‘Check, Clean, Dry’ method if you’re moving between waterways. For more information go to www.mpi.govt.nz/outdoor-activities
